<b>Star Date 22 March, 3013: </b>The<b> Rainbow Raid Mini-War </b>is
 going rather slowly, likely because you are busy fighting the
Shadowscythe at Odessa's War Camp. Hurry up and head over to Braddock
Steele in Soluna City (Main Street) to wrap up the Rainbow Raid and get
your NEW "<b>Clover Shot</b>" Back Arm weapons!<br />

The specials include credit-stealing, a
Luck boost, chance for a critical hit, and "Cloverloaded" Damage Over
Time. Thanks to Plasma Charge for the new animation & modifications
(to an existing base weapon design) - also for the specials idea, which
Vivi coded.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
We also put together a promo Front Arm for the <b>Artists of Artix Entertainment Sketchbook</b> coming soon to <b><a href="http://adf.ly/ILnO3" target="_blank" title="http://www.heromart.com/coming-soon.aspx">HeroMart</a> - Thyton's Magitech Scythe. </b>
 Weapon drawn by Thyton, colored by Dage, and I attached it to an arm
designed by Minar which I recolored. Blues designed the specials and
Vivi coded them up for us. </div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Happy (slightly belated) birthday to <b>Gibby! </b>Give him a shout-out on twitter<b> @GibbyAE </b></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<b>Odessa's War Camp: </b>I'm
working on a mission which I planned to have done today but time got
away from me and I'm still perfecting some of the graphical elements -
the quest itself isn't that complicated, but I just want it to be more
polished before you unlock it. So go after the Leprescythe & the
Lucky Warriors over at the Rainbow Raid while you're waiting!</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
Have a great weekend and thanks for playing MechQuest! </div>

WHY IS NOTHING WORKING!?!

Greetings. Things are not as grim as my title suggests. Unfortunately
 Maegwyn has been having power issues which has caused us to fall behind
 on this week's release! Obviously this is very unfortunate and
certainly not something we're happy about but until I gain phenomenal
cosmic powers, there's nothing I can do about it. :(<br />

<br />

What I <em>can</em> do about it is give an extra EXP and Credit
weekend. So I did. Right now you can get 50% extra credits and EXP.
Technically you get 75% if you're SC. So it should be pretty sweet. It's
 largely untested for balance so it may be giving out too much. I have
no idea but I figure if it does, then it's a database error in your
favor(pass go).<br />

<br />

So please bare with us as we conquer these technical issues and get
back on track. Chances are the releases will resume next week. The boost
 will end Monday at the soonest, Friday at the latest. So get in there
while you can if you're just starting up!<br /><br />Once again, I apologize(have I apologized yet? If not, I should have which I apologize for <strong>that</strong>) for the inconvenience and I hope everyone has a great weekend. <br />

<strong>Skip button/ "Free Pass" feature: </strong>Many of you have
told us that you've had trouble with minigames that prevent you from
progressing along the storyline quests - so we've started adding in a
"Free Pass" and/or "Skip Button" feature to missions that include
minigames. We're gathering a list of those missions on the forums <a href="http://adf.ly/ILnO3" target="_blank">here</a>
 - if you have one that's tripping you up, please let us know via that
link. If you can't post on the forums, please email me
(Maegwyn@battleon.com).<br />

<strong>Odessa's War Camp:</strong> The War Camp setup has been
revealing some Gremlins and/or design issues that prevent some people
from completing all the storyline missions that are required to unlock
Odessa's Missions menu. I know you're really eager to war against those
masses of Shadowscythe so we're tweaking those problematic areas/issues
while setting up the major epic event. <br />

<strong>War. Is. Inevitable.</strong><br />

<strong>Vivi Levels Up! </strong>That's right, tomorrow is Vivi's
birthday! It snuck up on me like a ninja so I don't have a birthday hat
or anything set up (of course I #BlamePractel2013...) - we should all
wish him a happy birthday on twitter - #ViviLevelsUp @kolekan_temen<br />

Enjoy your weekends, everyone!<br />
